Tanks Bridge (Ethereum and Polygon to BSC)

Site: https://staking.tanksforplaying.io/bridge

These instructions assume you are using MetaMask. If you are using a mobile browser, ensure you are using the in-built dapp browser on MetaMask mobile OR TrustWallet. It's difficult for us to test across many different mobile, table, and wallets types - let us know if you have any issues (hello@tanksforplaying.io)

  1. Ensure Metamask is connected to the chain you want to transfer FROM and the wallet you want to use is connected.

  2. Select the "Max" amount or put in how many tokens you would like to transfer

  3. Confirm the amount the site reports matches how many TANKS are in your wallet.

  4. Click on "Confirm"

  5. Metamask should prompt you for a transaction.

  6. Ensure you have enough Gas Token (ETH or MATIC) to pay the network fees

  7. If you are on Ethereum, be warned that gas fees for transactions can vary from under $2 to over $10 depending on network congestion. Use a site such as https://watchtheburn.com/ to ensure you don't overpay for the network fees (gas).

  8. Once the transaction has been executed on the blockchain, the process to receive the tokens into your account will be automatic BUT may take up to 24 hrs or longer for the tokens to appear in your wallet. Bridge requests are currently performed in batches at the moment to save on costs associated with the bridging.

  9. Set up Metamask to recognize the BSC network (see instructions here: https://academy.binance.com/en/articles/connecting-metamask-to-binance-smart-chain) and you will need to add the token address to your wallet (TANKS address on BSC: 0xd20738760aededa73f6cd91a3d357746e0283a0e)

Ensure you connect your wallet to the dapp. If you haven't already connected your wallet, click on "Connect" on the top right-hand side of the navigation bar.

You will be prompted to connect to a wallet. If you are using Metamask, use the first option.

Select "Max" if you want to transfer all your tokens, otherwise, write in the amount in the TOP input.

Once you have put in a valid amount, you will have the option to "Confirm". MetaMask will then ask you to Confirm the transaction.
