Energy timer

Provides an indication as to when the next energy drop will occur.
Timer may stay and flash on zero for some time, this is because it requires confirmation from the blockchain that the time is correct. Blockchain times may differ (jitter) from real time due to network conditions.
This is more pronounced on blockchains with long time between blocks (Rinkeby) versus blockchains with frequent blocks (Polygon).
